I have installed Amazon SES and verified my sender account but when I try to do a mailing it fails and the log tells me all my recipients are Bad Recipients. I know that these are good addresses, what is wrong?

That requires an in depth analysis, can you contact support because the response is going to be different for each case.
Most probably it is something related to settings of amazon SES or account not being in production state or from address not verified.

URGENT: 2.3 wont deactivate for a transfer to activate on another mac…
C’mon please help me, are you there??? I have tried to contact you four times already. I don’t want to go to the opposition… 2.3 does not let me deactivate to transfer to another mac, the new iMac that I will be using from now on. NB: I have not been offered the chance to upgrade through communications from you so how did I know to upgrade? I am very unhappy about this lack of service and documentation. Please contact me on clint@xclint.com or +64 21 1144014. I am happy to provide all the info you need. Thanks.

Is it possible you are trying to uninstall version 2.3 but install the latest version?
If you have version 2.3, you can uninstall and re-install on another computer, but you have to use version 2.3 again or the key for old version will definitely not work with the new version.
That is most probably what is happening.
